Five Points Animal Clinic

I love that five points animal clinic is independently owned and not owned by a corporation. Dr Bierman is incredibly smart, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and well spoken. Him and the vet tech have great bedside manners and are very good with dogs. The clinic is always clean and welcoming. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend making five points animal clinic your vet if you live in Columbia.

Dr Bierman and staff are amazingly wonderful. Dr Bierman treated our Golden Retriever from puppy to death. I cannot give a recommendation high enough for them!

My cat’s been a client of Dr. Bierman’s for years. He will treat your pets well for small, short-term problems. But when I took my cat to a different vet, in the very first visit, they discovered an underlying issue that had gone unnoticed for years, and had a wider range of treatment options for her. I had actually brought up the idea that her recurring upper respiratory infections had been from something else, and each time I brought it up, I was told that it could not possibly be anything else. As well, my roommate’s cat had an ear infection that kept coming back and when I told the new vet what Five Points prescribed to treat it, the new vet said “I would actually not recommend that… I don’t prescribe that treatment now that there are better options.” Since using the new medication, he’s doing much better. It was also hard that Five Points doesn’t take Care Credit, because that was my main way of financing bigger vet bills. I don’t want to talk bad about Dr. Bierman or the front office staff, because they were very helpful for a long time. The front office staff has always been kind and courteous and wonderful, and it is obvious that Dr. Bierman does care very, very deeply for the animals he sees. However, I’m also really grateful I started going somewhere else.

Incredible vet and staff! I have been going there for years and if you want great care for your pets and yourself, Five Points Animal Clinic should be your only choice!!
