Your receptionist tonight was extremely rude to hang up on me. Im trying my best to save this feral kitten from dying as all 3 of her siblings were found deceased today in various places. The receptionist told me to leave the kitten with the mother and that the she would know what to do. I told her that I felt that was counter productive seeing as how the other 3 kittens didn't make it, but i would take her advice anyway. She hung up on me. I hope you record your calls because that was a really nasty thing to do considering im in a panic right now and all Im trying to do is help this baby survive. I was never rude. I only told her that I didn't agree with her and thats must've been too much for her.

I have been very fortunate to have outstanding vets & vet techs over the years and SWAC is just the same! Not only that, but they have office hours every day of the week. Separate clinic area for cats is super. Dr Consentino and his tech were fantastic caring for a worry with one of my kitties. A+++!
